The work documents a design competition organized by the OTUA for a new exposition center showcasing the use of steel. Three projects are published and information for all 13 projects is given.The judges awarded the grand prize to the firm of Tournon & Chappey. The firms of Alex & Pierre Fournier, Molinie, Nicod & Boulanger, Umbdenstock, R. Expert, and Charles & Daniel Letrosne were also awarded prizes. The project was not constructed.
