With the signature of Lincoln Steffens on the front free endpaper and Nolen's "Landscape Architect" business card taped to the front free endpaper. Edges rubbed, skinned, spine ends worn; front free end paper almost loose. In good condition. One of Nolen's early plans. In it he made recommendatiosn for a public square and civic center, a great bay front improvement, small open spaces, streets and boulevards, and a system of parks.
