Inscribed and signed by Micheline on the verso of the front cover, dated August 12, 1993. With a photocopy of "A Guy Named Ed Balckowsky and a Guy Named Franz Kline, folded and and laid in. Jack Kerouac wrote the introduction to Micheline's first book, River of Red Wine (1957), which was reviewed favorably by Dorothy Parker in Esquire. Micheline is the author of five books and one play.

The work documents a design competition organized by the OTUA for a new exposition center showcasing the use of steel. Three projects are published and information for all 13 projects is given.The judges awarded the grand prize to the firm of Tournon & Chappey. The firms of Alex & Pierre Fournier, Molinie, Nicod & Boulanger, Umbdenstock, R. Expert, and Charles & Daniel Letrosne were also awarded prizes. The project was not constructed. Spine dry, chipped, edges well worn. In good condition only.
