Bound by Stikeman's for Charles Scribner's Sons in brown morocco with gilt fillets, raised bands and gilt compartments on the spine; gilt turn-ins; all edges gilt. Signed with a long inscription by Marvin on the front free endpaper; Timothy Cole bookplate on the front fly leaf. Slight wearing of gilt on fore edge. A fine, beautifully bound copy.

Blue silk moire beveled boards with gilt titling; slipcase. Spine faded; slipcase chipped and worn. The book is in very good condition.
