With an ad for American Telephone and Telegraph Company on the bottom cover, map of the "Lines and Metallic Circuit" on the verso of the cover. Illustrations of telephones, or "Curious Styles of Equipment." Illustrations of telephone booths. "Destroy All Previous Issues" at the head of the title page. A fairy copy. (No copies found).
